For the second time in 18 months, my volume on the radio has gone up and down. It required an upgrade in the software system. Unfortunately, this did absolutely nothing to help the problem. It is not a Subaru or looser issue. They have an inferior audio vendor. In addition, The display for the audio and camera is ridiculous. You cannot see the LED screen during the day at all. I love my Subaru. But I would really think twice about buying another one unless this is fixed. This is my third Subaru. I would hope they would think through this a little bit better on future models. More

In and out in a timely manner I brought my 2017 Forester in for its 12,000 mile check. I went through the "no appointment" line, was told all the work that would be done and how l I brought my 2017 Forester in for its 12,000 mile check. I went through the "no appointment" line, was told all the work that would be done and how long it would be. The work was accomplished far faster than estimated, including a wash! The staff was friendly and informative. The work was under warranty and didn't cost me a thing...win, win! More

I'm pretty patient and know things are not perfect in life. But all they had to do was start the car with the A/C running to see if the noise was still there. I had Service writer listen to the noise when I dropped it off to make sure he heard what I heard. Which he did. I'm $400.00 out and still having the same issue More
