No Surprises Everything is always clearly communicated. Never any surprises, they don’t just do something and later tell you that cost $50 extra. Great service I went in with the expection of repairing my outside mirror. I was greeted with a smile and they attended to me immediately. I was waiting for my serv I went in with the expection of repairing my outside mirror. I was greeted with a smile and they attended to me immediately. I was waiting for my service and was given an estimated time it would take. They actually came in under the time limit given. They kept me informed during my wait. I had wanted a car wash but he informed me it would be an hour wait. I didn’t want to wait that long. I was surprised that I wasn’t offered a car wash at Holiday stations like I had been given in the past. It was a satisfied visit. More

It should have been an easy visit. I brought my outback in to have a new key made, and a power window fixed. I dropped it off at 8:30 AM and said I would return for it at 12:30 PM. Ja I brought my outback in to have a new key made, and a power window fixed. I dropped it off at 8:30 AM and said I would return for it at 12:30 PM. Jake showed me how to simply reprogram the window. I arrived at 12:30 to pick up the car and Jake told me it was in the car wash and I could wait in the waiting area. 20 minutes later I went to see where the car was. I told Jake if it was not in the wash I wished to leave with it immediately rather than waiting. He went off to check on it and through the garage door I could see him getting in my car and driving it around to the car wash. 10 minutes later he drove up with the car and told me he expedited it. This was an unnecessary waste of a half hour and I left frustrated. On top of everything for windows still does not work properly. More
