I bought my 1999 Forester from the Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru in 2002 and I have always had great service from them. The 'waiting area' is very comfortable too. I had both front and rear brakes replaced so I was there for an extended period of time and appreciate the TV, snacks, fruit and beverages too !! We are 'car hunting' right now and we will by our next car from this dealership ! More

Joe Weil took the time to understand my needs to ensure I was looking at the right car. During the test drive, he was proactive in addressing any questions I might have. He also made sure I really drove the car. He didn't try to force a car on me that would have given him a bigger commission and ensured that I got exactly what I wanted. When financing, he didn't force any of the options nor did the finance team member. (I don't remember his name but he was also great!) Once everything was done Joe took a significant amount of time going over a lot of the features. I can't enough say enough good things about the team at this location. Purchasing a used car I had been looking at a couple cars on the dealership website and when I decided to go into the dealership to see them, I worked with Scott Nelson. He was very friendly, knowledgable and not "pushy" about the cars and showed me many other options. Once I made my choice, he made sure I was comfortable with my decision and had the car cleaned up nicely before I picked it up. There were a couple spots on it when I looked at it, but it was clean and shiny when I picked it up. I worked with Kyle on the actual Purchasing part and he was very helpful and patient as I made some decisions on that part. I would definitely buy another car from these 2 guys! More

Edward Kapustin has been our salesman for all of our cars and he’s given us the best service, advice, and the fairest of deals. The service department is sterling! Excellent quality work, fair pricing, and truly honorable. If it doesn’t need to be done...they’ll tell you. If it does...they’ll tell you that too and give you the price right up front. Our gold standard for dealers was a Lexus dealership in Greenwich, Connecticut, when we lived there. Luther Acura-Subaru is Platinum! Doesn’t get any better than that...btw...nobody asked me or paid me to say these things... I believe it. More
