Against my better judgement, when the tow truck came they talked me into taking it into their shop. Unable to repair my car, I ended up taking it back to Bloomington Acura. It’s a long story but the end of it all is that every step of the process from their service manager Lisa M to their technician Mitch I was kept informed of the process.
