Great oil change and car check I came for a routine oil change and the customer service was excellent. They greeted me right away when I pulled in, and all of my questions were answ I came for a routine oil change and the customer service was excellent. I was given a loaner car for no extra cost, and my car was washed and completely checked over when I came to pick it up. Everything was in excellent condition. A1,2 service plus bad drivers side mirror light Specifically called in for appointment knowing the light bulb that comes on when walking up to my car needed replacement. After more than an hour and 20 minutes they asked me to show them what I meant about the light not working. Once I did they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have it in stock and I would have to come back in 2 days later. I am very disappointed because I’ve typically been very impressed with service at Luther Bloomington Acura; but it is very inconvenient for me to make an additional trip since I don’t live very close to the dealership. I did everything right--brought my vehicle in for everything to be taken care of before a big road trip, and they let me down.
