Totally ignored by service rep Alex I had a noon appointment, was a few minutes and waited in front of Alex’s workstation. He walked by 3 times, looked at me, kept walking. He never said it would be a few minutes. or any other acknowledgment. Another agent finally asked me if I had been helped - and helped me. He said Alex would update me with status in 1/2 hour. At 1 hour, 10 minutes I asked at the service window on status. Alex came out 12 minutes later, no apology. I guess little old ladies with white hair aren’t important. Which is exactly what I shared to over 600 affluent, older executive or retired women in various local networking distribution lists. I received a number of thank you and agreement about not using this dealership. More

Leaked oil after service Service appointment was fine overall, but the oil drain was not torqued when it was installed, so my car immediately began to leak oil after the appoi Service appointment was fine overall, but the oil drain was not torqued when it was installed, so my car immediately began to leak oil after the appointment. Within two days we were certain that there was an error - obvious significant leak. They were very apologetic (indeed it was leaking fast enough that there was a little puddle of oil in front of the service advisor's station when I pulled in with my car) and got it in the shop to repair the oil leak, but this cost me my Saturday afternoon and won't get rid of the half-dozen oil spots in my garage and driveway. So, their customer service was fine overall, but the mechanic error was a major bummer and hence the 3-star review. More
