Positive experience I was in a car crash with my 2010 toyota corolla, in a side swipe from someone who didnt see me in their blind spot. Luckily no one was hurt. i thought the collision place was going to fix my car, but one day i received a call from the insurance company that my car was totalled. so i had no car. I had one week to find one before the insurance stopped paying for the rental car. I have wanted a 4 wheel drive car for a while, and i like suburu imprezas, so i decided to go to suburu. I wanted the blind spot light on the side mirrors to help prevent me from doing what someone else did to me. The staff at suburu bloomington helped me find an impreza with the blind spot lights and much more, a 2017 so on sale plus 0% financing. They were very nice and spent a lot of time with me in the car explaining all the buttons and features. it was snowing the day i picked it up. What an update from 2 wheel drive, im never buying a 2 wheel drive again, drives so much better in the snow. Thanks Suburu! More

Service doesn't know how to torque oil drain plug to spec Oil drain plug was stripped by dealer after engine replacement.
