She was very respectful and the negotiation part of the buying process was fair and not drawn out. I would say that she approached the sale with honesty and integrity. Really well done. I would recommend the dealership and Justine in particular. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon when I was in the dealership and despite the activity in the dealership, she was calm and an excellent communicator. More

We settled on a new 2018 CrossTrek and ordered one outfitted just the way we wanted it. We worked with Joe Weil who we highly recommend, He was perfect in every way during the selection and purchase process. When we picked up the car he spent considerable time with us going over all the features of our new car. He first explained what the features were and then sat in the car with us to make sure that we understood the ones that were best shown to us in a hands on manner. More
