Fantastic Buying Experience - Great Salesman! As always the Luther family of dealerships deliver. My wife and I walked in knowing exactly what we wanted. Michael Rappaport (the dealer we worked with) had the car waiting for us with the keys in it as soon as we arrived. He answered all of our questions honestly and treated very fairly. It was obvious from the start that Michael's primary goal was to make sure we were completely happy. He gave us what we felt was a fair price on our trade in and after the test drive we sealed the deal. My only complaint is that the paper work process was a long wait time, almost an hour to be exact before we even met with the financing person. That being said, Michael Rappaport and Luther really stepped up for us and delivered a fantastic buying experience that was fair and stress free. Thanks again! More

My sales person said the paperwork in finance would take about 45 minutes and then he wou I scheduled a time to pick-up my new 2014 RLX Sport/Hybrid. My sales person said the paperwork in finance would take about 45 minutes and then he would spend as much time as we would like being oriented to the new features of our car. Upon arriving we asked at the desk for our salesperson, Chad. After being paged, he saw us from his cubicle and waved. In another 10 minutes he came by and said he was busy with another customer but would be back shortly. After waiting 55 minutes Chad came back. He said there were ONLY TWO customers ahead of us in finance so it wouldn't be long. 45 minutes later we got into the finance office where the paperwork was handled efficiently. When we stepped out of the office we looked for Chad. After finding him we asked to be put in our car so we could drive home. We'll get our orientation from the manuals!!! More
