My last minivan was 10 years old and I decided to downsize. Since I had previously owned a Subaru and was quite satisfied with it, I decided that a Subaru would be my first new car since 1995. I stopped by at Bloomington Subaru in November and was greeted by Tony Russell., but with all the holiday activities, did not get back out to test drive an Outback until January. I thought I would have to order one, but really needed it before the end of February, but as luck would have it, a new one had been delivered that day and the person who had ordered it apparently found a different one. It was the color I would have ordered but was loaded with much more than I would have ordered. Tony was able to work out a lease agreement that was favorable to me and now I am a happy owner of a new Outback. Art Caple More

Our 4th Subaru We were on the search for our next Outback. The focus was 2015 models. I never expected to find the car we wanted with limited miles. 2014 Subaru Forrester I needed to trade in my 2007 Forrester for something newer to prepare for the icy winter roads of MN. Fantastic Buying Experience - Great Salesman! As always the Luther family of dealerships deliver. My wife and I walked in knowing exactly what we wanted. Michael Rappaport (the dealer we worked with) had the car waiting for us with the keys in it as soon as we arrived. He answered all of our questions honestly and treated very fairly. It was obvious from the start that Michael's primary goal was to make sure we were completely happy. He gave us what we felt was a fair price on our trade in and after the test drive we sealed the deal. My only complaint is that the paper work process was a long wait time, almost an hour to be exact before we even met with the financing person. That being said, Michael Rappaport and Luther really stepped up for us and delivered a fantastic buying experience that was fair and stress free. Thanks again! More
