Nyima was our Sales representative and he was very friendly and easy to work with. He followed up with us about a potential car sale and luckily he did as that’s the car we bought! As part of my service, I was told the multi-point inspection determined that I needed a new battery because it failed the cranking amp test. Since this battery was still under warranty through AAA, a inspection determined that I needed a new battery because it failed the cranking amp test. Since this battery was still under warranty through AAA, a service tech was sent out to replace it. He tested the battery first and it tested better than it was actually rated. He confirmed the results were correct and did not replace the battery. I contacted the service department at Luther about this experience. They had no explanation and I did not hear from them again. Luther would have replaced my good battery and charged me accordingly. I really can no longer trust their recommendations without getting another opinion. More
