I have an old Acura MDX that’s giving me a lot of issues lately. While I’m frustrated with the car and the expense of the needed repair, I’m never frustrated with the service and response I get from my serv lately. He’s always so responsive and patient in explaining things to me. I also receive the same level of care and professionalism from the crew who check me in. There have been a few times when I get there to drop off my car 10-15 minutes before they close but they still maintain a friendly disposition and take the time to listen to my descriptions of what’s wrong with the car. They go above and beyond to explain the new features of my loaner car knowing that mine is old and doesn’t have all the new technology. Although I wish to never see these folks again, I appreciate the level of care I receive whenever I have to see them. More

They ran straight with it up to where I did some extra research and found out cheaper ones were less expensive due to the current economy. So I insisted on switching to a new one (I had time I could wait for shipping). I switched sales guys and they started setting me up with the car I wanted. They didn't talk alternate models (Forester/outback/etc) much which I thought was good. They weren't over trim levels and options and made the whole experience quick and relatively painless. Their trade in values were under other methods of quickly selling the car soon weren't a different route. Their care and attention after the sale has been great. And I look forward to getting my car serviced with them in the future. More
