Not that my 2019 Outback requires many service visits, but a couple of visits per year at Bloomington Subaru keeps it it tip top condition. My experience with Bloomington Subaru was excellent! I found my salesperson to me knowledgeable, thorough, customer-focused, affable and patient. As a woman buying a car, with my husband along for the r I found my salesperson to me knowledgeable, thorough, customer-focused, affable and patient. As a woman buying a car, with my husband along for the ride, some past sales reps at other dealers have made the mistake of talking to my husband, not me. Steve Poley understood this was MY purchase and treated me as the purchaser. He answered questions my husband posed, but never once treated him as the primary customer. I appreciated Steve’s attention to detail & his desire to provide the best purchasing experience possible! More
