I don't know who I spoke with on the phone, but from the time I called saying I needed a new battery ASAP to the time I checked out with Nhu, I couldn't have been more pleased. The service was expedited quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Nhu offered a multipoint inspection and a complimentary car wash. I could tell she was a little uncomfortable when I declined. I said that I had been so concerned about getting the battery serviced in the time I needed it that I had left the lunch I had been preparing on my kitchen counter and the oven preheating while I went to get the car serviced. I was back home with my car serviced in time to still enjoy my lunch. I have always appreciated the excellent service I get at Luther Bloomington Subaru. This time I was especially pleased. More

Took a full 24 hours for an alignment and tire rotation. Brought my car in at 3p the day before my 6:45am appt. By 12:30p, I had not heard anything. Called Advisor and was told they’re ‘working on it’, and Brought my car in at 3p the day before my 6:45am appt. By 12:30p, I had not heard anything. Called him again at 1.45p and could only leave a vm telling him I needed my car and would be there 2:15 to pick it up. Got there at 2:20 and could see my car up on the rack. Finally finished around 3:00p. Ridiculous More
