Looks like the job was good on door protection; I can't really evaluate rust proofing though have previously had them do a Toyota and so far, so good. There was some confusion on the "loaner" -dealer said they would provide a loaner of "equal or better" value to my new Acura RDX, but actually got a small Hyundai rental from Enterprise - for which they "paid" rental fee/ I paid insurance & had to refill with gas (and tank apparently not "full" to start - or maybe small Hyundais only get 12-14mpg??!). More

Everyone is very friendly. The only feedback I would give is they need to update the facility. I had an Audi prior to my Acura and the Audi facilities are way nicer and mor luxurious. is they need to update the facility.
