I bought my Forester 5 years ago from Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru, and they've been taking excellent care of it ever since. Last visit was for regular maintenance/service. Staff is exceptional on making Acura Subaru, and they've been taking excellent care of it ever since. Last visit was for regular maintenance/service. Staff is exceptional on making sure customers are well taken care of. This time my service person was Nhu Le. She definitely deserves even more than 5 stars! She was completely service-minded and answered all my questions thoroughly. You're lucky to have such a friendly, attentive Service Advisor. Thanks, Nhu! More

The work is good and the service advisors are helpful. Accelerated service for oil changes and basic services is anything but accelerated. Came in for my 6K oil change, found out my battery was bad and replaced it under warranty. It failed in less than two years. Hope the third battery that’s been in the car will be better than the first bad and replaced it under warranty. It failed in less than two years.
