Great service, parts department very friendly, nice waiting area during service and the outside deck is a nice touch. My car's alternator stopped working. I lost all power. I got an appointment for 4 - 5 days later but brought the car in right away. Very good experience. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because I was supposed to get a dollar estimate at what it would take to fix a leaky power steering fluid and I didn't get it. That' instead of 5 is because I was supposed to get a dollar estimate at what it would take to fix a leaky power steering fluid and I didn't get it. That's partly my fault because I signed off on the lifecycle oil change and forgot to ask for the estimate. I'll be calling in to make an appointment to fix the leaky fluid anyhow. More
