I was received promptly, in a friendly manor by Nhu Le, who remembered me from a previous service visit. We covered my needs- oil/filter change, tire rotation, battery check. Some time later she came to me in the waiting area, noting progress, and also a problem that was found (two seized lug nuts and needed stud replacement). As this was first visit she said there would be no charge for the lug nuts, stud replacement. She also noted that wiper blades were streaking and suggested replacement. She noted cost and I advised t o perform the service. After an appropriate time Nhu Le came to me to report the work was done. She reviewed all additional points which had been checked and that all were in good condition. She showed me the total cost, then handled my payment and check out, and noted where my car was parked, gave me my key, and also the notice of the March 8 Grand Opening, so that I could head for home More
