Many aftermarket service centers with the deep pits are able operate with guests remaining in their vehicles are able to do so due to their facility’s smaller size. At our dealership, with the larger setup different hoists we have in place for our technicians, it would not be feasible for us allow any guests to remain in the vehicle as the vehicle would need to be safely driven onto a hoist in the shop. Our guests’ safety is a priority and we would not want to put them in any position that would compromise their safety. We appreciate your suggestion and stopping in. Have a great weekend.
