Great service except for the customers who removed their masks in the waiting room. No one asked them to put them back on. It was busy and I had to keep changing seats to get away from them. More

Acura ripped me off because of warranty on the battery I purchased in October 2019, they said it ran out of warranty. This is unbelievable and bad, Acura want me to purchase another battery. More

Dear Mayowa, We apologize for the confusion! Your original battery purchase was November 7th 2016 and the warranty is 100 months from that date. The first 36 months were covered 100% and after that it Is prorated. Your visit on November 11th 2019 which resulted in another battery replacement was only partially covered and you paid your portion. Your battery is now 51 months old and still has some coverage but not full coverage. Again we apologize that this was not explained to you. Hello, If my current battery is 51 months old then i still have 49 months coverage left per your calculation but the guy the assisted claimed that i dont have any coverage left tgat i have to purchase a full brand new battery cost $170+ and i told him it is unfair treat this way and it doesn't make any sense buying battery from Acura again. I left and I had to go and purchase battery at Inter state yesterday.
