Service a little slow, but not bad. They inspected air filter and cabin air filter, and wanted $100 to replace them. I refused, then did it myself for $32. More

The cost is attributed to the parts, labor, shop supplies and tax. For many of our guests, it is difficult to properly access the filters without damaging the fragile housing, so we do take great care to ensure our technicians are following proper protocol to carefully replace these filters. I’m very sorry to hear this happened. I looked into the matter and spoke with both advisors, and it appears this occurred due to miscommunication. The advisor who checked you in on Victor’s behalf, did not inform him you were waiting in the lobby when he arrived. This is not a typical occurrence as we strive to provide clear communication to ensure a smooth service experience for our guests. I have since spoken to them in depth about how we can learn from this and better improve our service delivery going forward.
