I came in to get an oil change...I have a B1 service code. Customer service was great, but when I came to go home, the B1 service indicator light hadn’t been removed and when they looked at a filter in code. Customer service was great, but when I came to go home, the B1 service indicator light hadn’t been removed and when they looked at a filter inside/behind the glove compartment, all the stuff from the glove compartment was laying out on the front seat and had not been put back. Hmmmm.....but on a positive note, the car had been sanitized inside. Michael Dao did an excellent job explaining everything and his customer service was excellent! More

Service was fine, service rep was great. One thing, the service indicator light came on, I called service since the car only had 4000 miles but was one year old. Rep said just use the quick service lane f service indicator light came on, I called service since the car only had 4000 miles but was one year old. The following week I got an e-mail saying bring your car in for service and here is a $15 coupon to use. Not a big item but the timing was bad. More
