Took too long I was told I’m advance it would be a 2 hr appt. at 2:20 I inquired how much longer and was told “soon”. It took 2.5 hrs without the complimentary ca I was told I’m advance it would be a 2 hr appt. at 2:20 I inquired how much longer and was told “soon”. It took 2.5 hrs without the complimentary car wash; I was told that would be another 25 min wait. They did not offer to give a rain check on the car wash. When I went to pay, there was a very brief apology....and I think only because they knew I was annoyed. Have had good service previously, but this visit was very subpar. More

Temperamental Tailgate Everything went as promised. Loaner was ready and Scott kept me abreast of progress throughout. Tailgate control was replaced.
