Overall OK Your service rep was excellent in explaining the service and what was included and following up with inspection results and recommendations. As part of the 12k service wheels were to be rotated and pressures checked and set. During the followup the service rep confirmed that tire pressures had been set to 35 psi. Approx 5 miles after leaving I noticed that tire pressures had not been checked and were still at 30-31 psi so I returned to the dealership and had them inflated to 35 psi. I understand that sometimes things get missed but want to point out that missing setting the tire pressures created doubt in my mind about all of the service work that was performed. If something as simple as tire pressures can be missed what else might have been? Tire pressures are the only part of the service that I have any way of confirming. The rest I can only take on faith. While I hope that you focus on getting all of the service done right, I suggest that you pay particular attention to those things that the Customer can see, lest you leave us wondering if our money is well spent. More

100% routine servicing took much longer than estimated, arrived on time for appointment for standard oil check etc. Was told "it'll take about an hour." But that turned into a full 90 while I waited.
