Text messages kept me informed about the service status. I brought in the car for headlight replacement but the service technician also did a multipoint inspection at no cost. I got a text with a video showing the components that were checked, while the tech described what he saw and how he evaluated each item. The Service Advisor kept me informed at the same time. Great combination of technology and human service. At the end, the service advisor walked me to my car instead of just pointing toward the parking lot. The attention to detail was excellent. More

Although the customer service was great, I was offered discounts on my car service through the MySubaru app and via email promotions that were not offered at the time of payment for my service. I followed up shortly after my service to request that a discount be honored, as this was a dealership-wide promotion and the primary reason that I scheduled my service with this dealership. The discount was not honored and I am frustrated with the lack of transparency in how these promotions are applied to payments or the reason that these promotions are offered when scheduling a service but not at the time of payment. **UPDATE**: Management did reach out after my review and offer me a refund for the promotion that should have been applied to my service bill. I appreciate the eventual resolution of this issue, but as mentioned, the discount was not honored when I reached out before leaving the review. More
