This dealership should be avoided at all costs. The customer service is terrible. They have no regard for their customers at all. Vehicles are damaged by their service department and management is more customer service is terrible. They have no regard for their customers at all. Vehicles are damaged by their service department and management is more than hesitant to correct. The sales representatives and finance department are misleading and write “nothing promised or implied” on the “we owe” sheets of their contracts, even when they agree to correcting items. The classic term “shady” definitely applies. I have driven a Hyundai my entire life and my multiple experiences at this dealership have left me going to a different Luther dealership where they helped me get out my vehicle. This staff is not courteous, unprofessional, deceptive, and downright unhelpful - these traits are only amplified when they are busy. Highly recommend avoiding this dealership and especially avoiding Hector in their Sales Department and the woman in the Finance Department (whose name I cannot recall). More

I asked for a tire rotation with a brake check while the tires were off. I was charged but then told that I needed new tires. I purchased new tires and left thinking my tires had been rotated. When I came back the next day to get my new tires put on, I asked why they rotated the tires if they were going to recommend new tires. I was told that they hadn’t rotate the tires but still charged me for taking tires off to check the brakes. First, that is not what I was led to believe the day before, and second, if asked I would have not paid for the brake check if the tires were going to be replaced right away and could be checked at that time. When purchasing the tires, I was also told that the person helping me wouldn’t get me additional data on comparing the tire options. I was leaving on a trip, so I proceeded, but I did not feel any sense of transparency in the process. The only saving face is that I like how the tires drive. More
