He was very patient with us and we asked a lot of questions. He was there for us from start to finish. He even came in on his day off to complete the last step of handing us off to the Finance team. He could have had anyone do that, but he did it. This proved to us that Craig is dedicated to making the buying experience as great as it can be; which is an extension of what Luther stands for.
