2014 santa fa sport After bringing the vehicle home with a more detailed inspection we had found food and dirt particles underneath the back seat and trunk. Rude and incompetent Went in to have my headlight fixed. Told them I thought it was the socket ( I had it at another shop 2 times previously when decided to bring it to lu Went in to have my headlight fixed. Told them I thought it was the socket ( I had it at another shop 2 times previously when decided to bring it to luther where my warrenty was) When they expressed it could be a wiring issue and why didnt I ask previous shop to check wires, I explained we thought it was a socket issue. When they got done with my car later that day, they called me and told me the previous place just didnt plug the light in all the way. This set a red flag because i already knew it was a socket issue because it had fallen out twice already. I feel like Luther completely ignored my request original request by not checking the socket and only plugging it back in but she assured me this fixed the issue. Sure enough on my way home the light went out again. When I called on the issue and talked to who I believe he said his name was Pao, (could be wrong but that is what I heard when I went back to listen to the recording)He started off by telling me that the service agreement I signed, did not mention a socket, only a diagnostic of the light (which I thought a diagnostic would include checking the socket, not just simply stopping because the light worked once they plugged it in. Knowing it had already fallen out twice the week prior). I could tell he was trying to blame me the minute he said that " the service order I signed stated a diagnostic, nothing about a socket." I signed the paper because I had the conversation about the socket verbally with the service writer and was assured the diagnostic would include this. After a very rude and insulting conversation of me finally proving my point He then went in to tell me I should be lucky they didnt charge me for plugging in the light at all, then went on to tell me he charged my card for 150$ for smoking in the rental. I WAS NOT SMOKING IN THAT RENTAL. I will never go back here and will continue to tell everyone of my 25 different clients every single day how dishonest, rude and manipulative they were to me. More
