Went in for a warranty repair. Car was there 6 hours and then I found out they didn’t have the part in stock. Went back and got a loaner bit it still took another 6 hours. 2 trips Car was there 6 hours and then I found out they didn’t have the part in stock. The dealership kept my car for 2 weeks and did not do anything to fix the problem. I will not be using their services anymore. I dropped off my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport with the transmission slipping in 2n anything to fix the problem. I will not be using their services anymore. I dropped off my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport with the transmission slipping in 2nd gear. They said it was the cellnoid. I left it with them for 2 weeks to order the part and fix the problem. I had to call them multiple times for updates. The person who was supposed to be monitoring my car was hardly available. Never go to the dealership group for anything. They are awful. More
