Absolutely above and beyond! Nancy O helped me out and another gentleman checked our car and took care of everything. We came for an emergency check up due to low tire pressure prior to our drive back to another gentleman checked our car and took care of everything. They notice that our vehicle will be due soon for an oil change and they took care of everything on the spot. Im very grateful and beyond satisfied with the service that they provide. This has nothing to do with the service department. I purchased my car on 01/2020. One month later hyandai offered free service on my car for 3 years. I feel I got screwed out of that deal. I have been to three other licensed Hyundai dealerships for this same problem and all of the other three could not figure out what was wrong, or tried to tell me it was just something that can’t be explain for this same problem and all of the other three could not figure out what was wrong, or tried to tell me it was just something that can’t be explained (which is ridiculous). We are still waiting on the part to come in before we know whether or not the problem has been fixed, but Luther Bloomington Hyundai has been super helpful and it is obvious to me that they are far more competent than the Walser Hyundai or Mankato Hyundai dealerships. Hopefully, this part will fix the problem but, even if it doesn’t, Luther has already provided an infinitely better experience and I have much more confidence in their care than their competitors’. It’s unfortunate that the part is taking about two weeks to be ready, but that’s not really anyone’s fault. More
