Rack&pinion repair on my Genesis I was provided with a Hyundai loaner with out fuel and It look like the vehicle wasn’t sanitize. The fuel was a quart of the tank I took photos of it but I left it with a Hyundai loaner with out fuel and It look like the vehicle wasn’t sanitize. Austin was wonderful in helping me figure out dead battery problem. Went the extra mile. This Sonata has been a great car but I am really frustrated by the light bulb issues. I am especially unhappy that the melted tail light assembly seems to be a common problem and Hyundai knows about it. I have replaced one and I feel like I’m just waiting for the other one to do the same. Hard to have piece of mind when your kids are primary drivers of this car. More

Came in for the recall and an oil change. I discovered while waiting for the dealership to open that I also needed a headlight bulb. Austin was my Service Manager and he was very patient as I asked about while waiting for the dealership to open that I also needed a headlight bulb. Austin was my Service Manager and he was very patient as I asked about the charges so I could determine which coupon to use. Later Austin came into the waiting area to tell me that I also needed two tail light bulbs and an air filter. So he had already figured out that I now should use a different coupon.
