I was very happy with the service at Hyundai. When I went in it was only for air in my tires. I actually had a nail in my tire and they fixed it right away. My review of the disappointed experience @ this place. I won't be filling out any surveys for them. They said free oil change as long as I owned my new Genesis R-spec. I needed a new battery & paid $230 I won't be filling out any surveys for them. They said free oil change as long as I owned my new Genesis R-spec. I needed a new battery & paid $230 to them to install it. I also mentioned the free oil change. They refused to honor my request for the promised free oil change. Yes, I am old! I don't drive very much so I never really needed to go to there for service except a few times. I was very sad about the way they just dismissed me. PS. I even bought my son a 1-year-old Hyundai Elantra from them a few years ago. This is pretty hard to believe that they denied me a $30 oil change isn't it? More

Fair at best. Shouldn't as a customer have to do your own homework to establish a solution to a problem. Total of 1.5 hours talking between the Service Advisor and Hyundai. Being told there was an additional warranty by Hyundai and basically getting told to pound sand by the Service Advisor, had to again call into talk to the Service manager. She was at least receptive and said she would look into the issue- and low and behold I got a text 15 minutes later from the service advisor it was warranty work. Whether plain uneducated of the process, or flat out just didn't care about it enough- showed me a total lack of a customer experience mindset. This is my second experience with the service side of things, and my first time was very similar. Will not be going back unless absolutely necessary. Cannot in good faith refer anyone to this dealership for service work. More
