I haven’t been to the dealership in a couple of months now but the previous time I was in the team damaged at least one window. The other window damages observed were not deemed “caused by the staff beyon now but the previous time I was in the team damaged at least one window. The other window damages observed were not deemed “caused by the staff beyond a reasonable doubt” so I replaced them myself. The service in correction of the error was okay. I opened my hood yesterday though and observed that a piece that is typically used to block air intake to the engine has been moved. This happened after the staff recommended that preventative maintenance be performed. I am unsure where the piece goes but am unhappy that this has occurred and that I was unaware of it as we just had to take an unexpected road trip out of state due to a death in the family. So far, the trips I have made to this Hyundai Service Center have been underwhelming at best and continue to frustrate me even when I think I’ve put it behind me. More
