This will be the seventh time my 22 Tucson has been in Hyundai service centers since 1/30/23. 2 in Florida and the last five at Luther Hyundai Bloomington where I purchased the vehicle new. The dashboard Hyundai service centers since 1/30/23. 2 in Florida and the last five at Luther Hyundai Bloomington where I purchased the vehicle new. The dashboard engine light keeps coming on after supposedly the issue has been resolved only to have that not to be the case and the engine light on the dashboard is on once again. The issues all started at the end of this past January when the Tucson stalled out loosing full power on I 75 in FL. It has not stalled out since but I cannot trust the car. As the engine light keeps coming on after each repair. I have a Lemon Get me a vehicle that works. More
This Hyundai dealership was blatantly negligent with our repairs. It is embarrassing. Our Hyundai Tucson was broken into for attempted theft in early March with a broken window, door damage, and a broken st repairs. It is embarrassing. We were not impressed by their communication or completion of care. They had not made any repairs on our car or communicated with us for 6 weeks! We called throughout those weeks and they gave us very vague updates. When we called to say we would like to pick it up and bring it to a new shop, they began working on it and said they would use a window from another job. Unbelievable that they would put someone else’s repairs on hold for ours just because we were finally fed up and going to take our business elsewhere. Our family lived with 1 car for A MONTH AND A HALF because of Hyundai’s negligence. More
Increasingly difficult to get an appointment, convoluted process, long wait times even trying to get through to the correct person. Had a "fix" done 4 weeks ago for a faulty gas gauge for almost $1000--pro process, long wait times even trying to get through to the correct person. Had a "fix" done 4 weeks ago for a faulty gas gauge for almost $1000--problem not corrected. Very disappointing. Trying to get another appointment to get some resolution had me shuttling between various personnel who each are in their own small little world and unable to coordinate a timely plan to see what could be done. I gave up for now---too aggravating. More

I couldn’t give a five star because when I had an oil change and inspection of my air filter and cabin filter wasn’t check and know one mentioned it to me and I changed it myself.Maybe checking those fil change and inspection of my air filter and cabin filter wasn’t check and know one mentioned it to me and I changed it myself.Maybe checking those filters is not part of the inspection they say they do. Also they was supposed to install the software for theft and put warning stickers on the windows. I had to make another trip to dealer to get them.I hope the new software was installed.Thanks More
