Head lite bulb replacement Did not need a apps-just drove in. Waited 20 minutes and a tech came to replace the bulb. Took about 30 minutes and I was on my way. All is good. Communication Fail My phone number was incorrectly attached to a customer record. I received multiple updates on the progress of a repair to a different car. I replied via SMS alerting you to the error, and even called to tell you that my number wasn not connected to your customer. I continued receive updates saying the car was ready. Good thing I dont pay to receive texts, but its annoying nonetheless. More

I have always had great experiences at Luther until my last visit. I went in on a Saturday morning without an appointment with what I thought was a very serious issue with my headlights. After first telling m visit. I went in on a Saturday morning without an appointment with what I thought was a very serious issue with my headlights. After first telling me I would have to wait hours to fix what I thought was a big problem, I became frustrated with that answer and the service attendant noticed that and after I explained I had other appointments she made a concerted effort to get my car in. I was in and out in 90 minutes and that was appreciated. The problem though was not addressed and I couldn’t find it out until I was traveling and out of town while driving my car in the dark. The issue was not fixed as I was told it was. Finding out that the issue was not fixed while on the road was dangerous and caused me to pull over and stop travel as I could only travel in light. I will be calling to schedule another appointment as soon as I get back into town. It was obvious to me that the problem was not addressed yet paid for. Very disappointed in my last visit. More
