2019 Tuscon Bought the new car and needed to have some extras installed in it so an appointment was made for me to drop off my car and get a loaner while mine was Bought the new car and needed to have some extras installed in it so an appointment was made for me to drop off my car and get a loaner while mine was being serviced. I drove into the bay, was met right away and go everything done in a 1/2 hour and I was leaving with the loaner. The next day I got a call saying my car was done and could be picked up. I went to the dealer and turned in the loaner and picked up my car. I was very pleased that everything went so fast and smooth. The only downside was that I was not shown how my new items worked or any explanation to treatment, care or useage and the pamphlets that came with the items said not much. More

The “in car training” on all the car’s bells and whistles was thorough, clear and enjoyable...it came in very handy as I drove home from the dealer on a cold and snowy night. Dead battery cost reduced Frigid temps in Mn. My battery died in the bay after service and 10 minutes before closing time when service personnel were already gone. Came back th Frigid temps in Mn. Came back the next day to have it replaced and because I needed to return a second day, the labor charges were eliminated. Appreciate that! Good service recovery. More
