New battery needed My battery condition was flagged at my regular 68,000 mile check. I did not have time to replace it then so I stopped in two days later. I didn't have an appointment but wanted it tested again (as recommended) because a week of bitter cold weather had started. My new battery was installed in about 45 minutes and I had the comfort of knowing my car would be starting in the cold weather!! More

Slow!!!!! I had a coupon for an oil change and after being told that the coupon wouldn’t work for my car, I was also told there were two recalls on my car(which I had a coupon for an oil change and after being told that the coupon wouldn’t work for my car, I was also told there were two recalls on my car(which I appreciated). I was told that it would take about 2 hours and I was finally called too get the car after 3 and a half hours of sitting and waiting at the dealership. I do appreciate getting the recalls done, but I definitely could have gotten the oil changed for cheaper and quicker somewhere else! More

Saturday afternoon oil change The service provided was excellent. The associate I worked with was great. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was the length of time I waited. I was told it was be about an hour but ended up being about 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change. I will most likely NOT schedule a Sat afternoon appointment again. More
