I have had such bad luck with the quality of Subaru vehicles. This bothered me less than the lies and finger pointing that their service centers performed repeatedly in the 15+ years I battled with the vehicles. I went into the auto company and the GM and service was excellent, They were kind and thoughtful. I have been telling all my friend and people I don’t know. I was treated with such respect and concern and they corrected my issue right away. They have the best auto company I have ever been at. I drove a Lexus before my Hyundai experiments. I initially had a smaller Hyundai and then bought my current SUV from Hyundai. I see no reason to consider a Lexus again unless it was free. The Hyundai has so may great features. When I bought the SUV at Hyundai the buying process is so streamlined I was in and out of there. They are professional all the way and they listen! I truly thank God for them. They all are fantastic and my choice go forward of a great auto dealership! They are so nice, I wouldn’t mind working there. What a great group!!! I am impressed. More
Engine problem. Under warranty. 10year/100k. Gave us a loaner sedan. Had to wait a week. Arrivwd with an appointment and a loaner reserved. My wife waited two hours, Under warranty. 10year/100k. Got the loaner sedan, which someone tried to steal, because Hyundai. Got a new loaner, a Kona, because "no one wants a Kona". After two weeks notified car was done. Went to pick it up, "opp gotta put gas in it" One hour later, "oh, sorry the starter doesn't work, we can fix it in an hour." My wife missed work again. It took an hour to tell her the car was not ready. The security fix is not ready. "Bye a Club" is their answer. No apology, car not checked out prior to returning to customer, not impressive. They stood by the warranty, but the customer service is bad and no apology. More
Had to request a Saturday appointment for a recall service, was initially advised only M-F. should have this service available as this was mot my fault service had to be performed. The only reason for the 4 star was that I was there for over 2 hrs.....for my first time oil change and whatever else they do. In my opinion that should never happen. Dealer is good but need to start taking care of customer car more when the car is at service center for more then a Month. Specifically around cleaning car inside and outside after service.
