Nearly had to beg in order to get a brand new vehicle back in the shop in a timely manner less than a week after it was in your shop for the exact same issue. Had I not been persistent and insisted we wo back in the shop in a timely manner less than a week after it was in your shop for the exact same issue. Had I not been persistent and insisted we would have had a vehicle with no AC for roughly 50 days OR in Minnesota "summer". Every other new vehicle I've ever purchased has provided far superior service - even the CPO Audi I owned years ago and my Mercedes that is well beyond its warranty provide much better service than this location.
