I asked for the valve stems to be checked but the results were not noted on the invoice / paperwork. Also, I told the tech I was waiting in the waiting room and the tech could have come into the waiting room were not noted on the invoice / paperwork. I asked for the valve stems and tires to be checked again in late Summer of 2021. They again never did. The reason I know is that I took a picture of the dashboard and the tire low pressure light was still on. I complained to Carleen Shamanski in writing but never received a response about either time I visited and why they chose not to check the valve stems or tires. More

When I Nancy checked me in for the oil change and tire rotation, she estimated that the car would be ready at 9:30. She was right on the money with the estimated completion time.
