Dan took great care of me & the issues my Vue had. GM covered all the repair work and Dan made sure everything went smoothly. His communication with me was outstanding! Although I live 3 hours from Minneapolis, I purchased my 2010 Suburban from Luther Brookdale Chevrolet because of the great deal I could get from them. I subsequently had the car serviced (oil change & tir 2010 Suburban from Luther Brookdale Chevrolet because of the great deal I could get from them. I subsequently had the car serviced (oil change & tire rotation) at Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo, ND, because it is relatively close to home. I was NOT satisfied with the work and checks made by Gateway Chevrolet, so decided to stop at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet on my way through Minneapolis during a recent trip to have the car checked out. I was traveling with my wife and our cat. We stopped at Luther Brookdale WITHOUT an appointment. I explained my concerns to Laurel Hansen, a service rep. She listened to my concerns, wrote up a work order and told me she would try to get my Suburban checked out within 45 minutes to an hour -- she stated that they were quite busy at the time. I was satisfied with the projected wait time since I did not have an appointment. However, much to my delight, the service technicians had our car checked out and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Mega kudos to the great team they have at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet. my previous visit had a driver seat part issue that got lost and/or not recorded in my vehicle history, their was no follow-up repair service as agreed during that appointment. Work was done on time. Final price was approximately the same as the estimate. All of the people were very friendly. Always have a good experience at Luther Brookdale. Our salesman always looks us up and time goes fast. Anything I ask is always addressed, besides doing extra for me. I recently visited this dealership to have service done on my vehicle. All of the services needed were under warranty still, as I had my services (what I thought) to be completed, I paid my deductible and on my vehicle. All of the services needed were under warranty still, as I had my services (what I thought) to be completed, I paid my deductible and left the dealership. I had to return within a few days because the a couple problems still existed. This day I had needed a shuttle service from my work location to the dealership and called numerous times throughout the day to confirm the time and place of the shuttle to arive. I did not receive a response in any of the messages I had left. Minutes before needing to leave my job, I finally was able to get a hold of someone in which they were luckily able to send a shuttle driver that was right there, to me. I arrived to pick my vehicle up, and it had not been washed or "rinsed", like I had requested, and have always requested. I was running late due to the shuttle service and had to leave, so I left without this additional service being completed. That day I noticed that my car will still was not completely fixed, the noise was still there. I then found out it was not fixed because Advantage (warranty holder) would like another deductible from me. I had paid this originally and since it was not on the claim Advantage would like another deductible for this being a "seperate" claim, which it shouldn't be a seperate claim. Someon dropped the ball, and overlooked putting it on the first claim. And now in order for me to have this problem fixed under warranty, i need to pay another deductible, within 2 weeks of paying the first for the same problem. I feel someone at the dealership needs to call Advantage and explain the situation, and if they don't budge then the dealership needs to take the expense of my deductible and provide the service I already paid for. More

Had my new pickup to Friendly Chev 4 times since truck was new for wheel bounce they could never get it right they put wrong weights on and bent the wheel covers. I took it to your dealership for service was new for wheel bounce they could never get it right they put wrong weights on and bent the wheel covers. I took it to your dealership for service and had them check the wheels and they balanced them there is no more bounce.
