I just walked in to ask a couple questions on 2 different SUVs. John was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had. Ended up driving out in a new vehicle. They definitely make you feel like family. Absolutely went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend stopping in if your looking for a new vehicle or if you just have a question.

I came in to trade my vehicle for another used vehicle. After approximately two hours of discussions and negotiations, we reached an agreement on the terms of the deal. We shook hands, signed the paperwork reflecting the agreed-upon terms, and I believed the transaction was complete. About five minutes later, the sales manager, Preston, stepped in and canceled the deal that had already been agreed to and signed. He informed me that I would need to pay more than the amount we had agreed upon. When I asked that the dealership honor the terms we had already negotiated and signed, I was told to leave. Preston then retained the document containing our signatures on the agreement. This experience left me extremely disappointed and concerned about how negotiated agreements are handled. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this dealership again and cannot recommend it to others. There are several other dealerships that do not act so unprofessional.

We have been shopping for a long time for the right truck. We were so excited when we thought we found it. We drove it and everything was great. However it is used and we wanted to take it to our mechanic before we "bought" it. <br>They gave us such a run around and were so rude. They told me at firxt that it was no problem, then after he talked to his "manager" I needed to fill out a credit app (even though I had told him I wasnt interested in that since I was already approved through my credit union and was happy). He never knew what he needed but insisted this was their POLICY. I would have had no problem signing a loaner agreement and even leaving them with a check but they could never decide what the POLICY was. <br>I felt like we were treated as 2nd rate even though we were going to buy a 27000 vehicle! He just kept saying "well look where we are located" (implying it was a bad neighborhood).<br><br>Lets just say it ended with him telling me I "Wasted his time". This place is SHADY... BEWARE!!
