The service writer was pleasant and enthusiastic. I explained exactly what was wrong, what troubleshooting I had taken, and what I wanted repaired. He told me about the 2 diagnostic charges and said he would contact my extended warranty company to get work covered. He called me two days later and said my truck was ready. When I went to pick it up, turns out they hadn't repaired what was wrong. I had load tested the battery and disconnected the alternator to establish there was an unknown draw on the battery. They determined it was a tracking device causing the draw. He said he would waive the next diagnostic fee and have the techs look at it. When he called again he said it was the battery (which was load tested and not the problem) and overcharged me for a battery. If they had listened to me and found the actual draw, it wouldn't have killed the battery. Very dissatisfied with their effort and lack of expertise. Won't use the dealership for anything. Do not recommend. More

I’ve been waiting over **six months** for warranty-covered repairs on my Jeep, and it feels like they’re deliberately dragging their feet because it’s not profitable for them. I’ve made **two trips from East Bethel to Brooklyn Park**, both wasted because they scheduled appointments and failed to notify me that they didn’t have the parts. No calls, no emails—just canceled appointments and zero communication. The service department, specifically **Nathan Bachman**, initially called to say he updated my file and put me back on the list. He promised weekly updates every Friday. That happened **once**. Then he claimed the list was lost. Seriously? My Jeep still has a **non-functioning radio and backup camera**, and the **Service 4WD light is on**—a major concern with winter approaching in Minnesota. Do not use this service center for anything engine related. They do not have the technical skills to diagnose engine problems. Terrible experience. They replaced the most expensive part they could (transfer case) and didn't fix the issue. Luther tried to overcharge me by not removing the $1000 core charge from my bill. Luckily I caught their error and called them out. How could a dealer forget to remove the core charge? The vehicle repairs were not done properly since the noise returned shortly thereafter. When it became constant I brought it in again. They stated it was another issue that was $1800 in addition to the $4400 that I had just paid them. It turns out, Jeep had so many issues with their rear shafts, the part was on backorder with no timeline on when the part would be avialable. So it sat and sat. Jeep would do nothing. The Jeep representative stated that "machines" break down and having a transfer case and rear drive shaft fail at 75,000 miles is "normal". I ended up getting the real issue fixed shortly thereafter at a non-Jeep shop, which was less than half the cost that Luther Jeep quoted me. I More
