I purchased a used Vehicle on November 2, 2020. I noticed that the vehicle was pulling hard to the left after my purchase. I was able to bring it back to be serviced and was told my car was fixed the next da that the vehicle was pulling hard to the left after my purchase. I was able to bring it back to be serviced and was told my car was fixed the next day. After I picked it up I noticed that the car still had the same problem and turned around and brought it back. The service person told me to leave and told me to come back tomorrow. He was very rude and I attempted to explain I live 40 minutes away and would like to have this taken care of now if possible. Next, he told me there is no one that can help me. The following day I was able to speak to my salesperson Jamie, who is very nice and helpful. Jamie was able to help me get my car back for service. Unfortunately, that was 15 days ago and I still do not have my car back or been informed of an estimated time to get my car back. I was also informed that my car went through some sort of certification inspection. I am not sure who inspected The vehicle as I noticed the steering problem and that one of the brake lights was burnt out. Between the poor inspection, the rude service personnel and only being able to drive my new car a few times. I have grown extremely frustrated and would not recommend anyone to use the service department at this dealership. If my salesperson was not as great as she was I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. More
