Easy to work with When we went to Luther Brookdale we already knew what we wanted.. We had previewed a used Kia Soul online, so that's what we were there to look at. My salesman Jordan Lorence was friendly and efficient and after some brief information had the car brought around for our test drive. Everything seemed fine so we bought it that day after filling out the financing papers. All went pretty smoothly. My one negative comment is that despite the very prevalent presence of the Covid 19 Pandemic, none of the sales personnel in this establishment wore masks ( did I miss something that said car dearlerships were immune?). Which put us in the awkward position of having to ask our salesmen to put on a mask when we were working with him. Side note: I just witnessed this same thing at a Ford dealership this past week when I turned in my leased vehicle...no masks were worn by the staff. Very disturbing. More
