I bought my 2019 Dodge Journey 10/26/2019, but by 10/26/2019 I had to make an appt because I needed an alignment and my radio/climate controls kept freezing up. I had to have 3 different rentals for 10/26/2019 I had to make an appt because I needed an alignment and my radio/climate controls kept freezing up. I had to have 3 different rentals for 3 different service appts because they could not figure out what was wrong. I had to drive to the dealer 6 times to show them when it would freeze. I am very disappointed with having my first brand new vehicle and needing to go to the shop for repairs.
