First Time Leasers We showed up wanting to look at and possibly purchase a used Chrysler Pacifica. We ended up leasing the exact brand new vehicle that I secretly desire We showed up wanting to look at and possibly purchase a used Chrysler Pacifica. We ended up leasing the exact brand new vehicle that I secretly desired. The associate that met us in the parking lot was great to deal with. The overall process from start to finish was nearly excellent as well. The only time that we felt that they dropped the ball with us is when it came to delivering the vehicle to us. I received a call from the associate that vehicle was ready and would be coming out as soon as he could find a driver. The drive alone without rush hour is approximately 40 minutes. Nearly four hours later and after a couple phone calls the vehicle FINALLY arrived minus the WeatherTech mats that were part of the final package that we ordered. In hindsight it would have been much faster to drive our trade in vehicle to the dealer & pick up the new vehicle ourselves. As for the mats, the associate apologized & asked if I wanted them shipped to house or bring back the van to have them installed the next day. I elected for the delivery and then proceeded to wait for nearly 2 weeks before they arrived. It turns out that the particular mats for our vehicle were not in stock at the store so they had to place a special order for them. Okay, I can understand problems like that but what I don't understand is why were we not notified that very night when the vehicle was dropped off? It took several phone calls to the associate over the course of the week when he finally learned himself about the product being out of stock. It's all about communication folks! More
