Good but not great Salesman was friendly. But not willing to deal on price or much else with purchase. Yes it's a used van, but 2 years old & a certified vehicle. No Salesman was friendly. But not willing to deal on price or much else with purchase. Yes it's a used van, but 2 years old & a certified vehicle. No spare tire at all, which seems very odd to not be included. Were not offered by anyone there to help us get one. Did not get satellite radio free for 3 months. We were told we would, but it was not programmed in or whatever needed to be done. There were no floor mats in the back of the van, never had that before when buying a vehicle new or used. Quick wash & wax job was done before we got there. Entire passenger side of van had wax streaks & smears everywhere that we had to buff/rub off at home. Looked all greasey & smeary, not nice looking. To be honest, we were almost ready to not finalize purchase & go somewhere else where customer service was better. Have just had much better experience in past with other dealerships. More
