Validating and apologetic of my first experience. She hooked me up with Mariana, I asked specifically for a woman. Mariana was off that day, but came in to close the purchase for me. I worked with Freddie in finance, and he was also wonderful! Allowed me time and space to make decisions that were right for me. I would give 1 star for my first experience and 5 for my second. More
