The made up receipt of October 7th that only stated payable to lender was fraudulent for it was not sent as of October 20th. I still don't know if it actually was. All mudflaps had to be tightened and the driver side front mudflap actually touches the running board. Service tech disconnected 3rd brake light when uninstalled the pulse, resulting in return for repairs. Vehicle was giving with zero gas; tried to give me the cheapest tires possible after paying $28,000 trade-cash. Refused to rewrite policy and I had to fight to get taxes for the removed pulse light. Dusty said directly that he would just pay $30.00 for the tax and then said he never stated that. Service sales was extremely mad he couldn't sell additional equipment for something that was already done to vehicle. I can not trust them going forward with any maintenance or concerns. Refused to even except more money cash down than I wanted to give, making me pay more monthly and more interest on bank loan. JeffAppollo
