Overall, a very good experience. Given the pandemic, scheduling a test drive was how I started working with Jordan and Brookdale Luther CJDR. We arrived earlier than planned so we could look at vehicles on the showroom floor while waiting for Jordan to finish up with a customer. The vehicle I had wanted to test drive had been sold, but after my wife test drove another vehicle with the same trim, we started talking about purchasing. We eventually arrived on a deal that was too difficult to pass up, and purchased a new 2020 Cherokee Trailhawk, rather than a used vehicle. My only negative for the experience was the time it took to complete the sale. Roughly 4 hours between the end of the test drive and finalizing the sale was an extremely long time. Seemed that there were several sales that came in at the same time, but only one sales manager to run them through. It would be good to have a set policy that can either accommodate that sort of scenario, or establish a standard where sales that can be finalized the next day are given lower priority. More

I was dreading the effort of having to buy a used car and Roni made the whole thing easy and pleasant.
